Production and delivery
— We produce three samples for customers free of charge.
— The delivery of samples is €20 to any EU location.
— Delivery of wallpaper is free for orders over €250.
— For orders under €250, the delivery fee is €20.
Our designers will create a layout that takes into account the dimensions of your walls, the placement of the design, and all specified preferences. You will receive a preliminary layout for approval, and only after your confirmation will we proceed with production.
This process ensures that the final product will fully meet your expectations.
Inks
For printing patterns on wallpapers and posters, we use HP latex inks based on water. Over the years of working with inks, we have been able to ensure the quality of the raw materials and guarantee to our customers that:
— Latex inks do not leave an unpleasant chemical odor on wallpapers.
— The paint applied to the surface is completely harmless to the environment and human health; it does not contain pollutants and nickel.
— The product meets all UL ECOLOGO, UL GREENGUARD GOLD, and AgBB standards.
— HP water-based inks do not fade and retain their original appearance for years.
